Postpaid Card:
This contains a pre-approved card limit provided by the company. It enables you to make your purchases on credit. The name of the company, employee and vehicle registration number can be printed on the card. It helps you control any misuse by fleet drivers.

Prepaid Card:
Contains pre-paid balance deposited by the customer. It can be recharged during business hours without any extra charges at one of our selected petrol stations.

You can pay through the following methods: 

  • Cash, Cheque, Direct Deposit or Pay Order at nominated banks and branches of Total Parco Pakistan Limited (TPPL)
  • Via online bank transfer at the designated account number of Total PARCO Pakistan Limited (TPPL)

Following this, your card can be remotely topped up by informing the concerned representative of TPPL or through TOTAL Card Extranet Portal.

We encourage you to either make your payments via cash deposits or online transfers to our bank account to expedite the time taken for the cards to be loaded.

You can pay through the following methods:

  • Via online bank transfer at the designated account number of Total PARCO Pakistan Limited (TPPL)

Immediately contact your respective TOTAL Card Area Manager or call 042-111-709-709 or 0800-87751 (08:30 AM – 5:30 PM) to report your lost or stolen card.

In this case, the limit on your card may have expired, or your card does not allow for the purchase of the product you want. By introducing Smart Chip Technology and a Personalized Pin for each user, we ensure that all transactions are effectively secured. Moreover there is a dedicated PIN code given to each authorized station staff (Filler code) for foolproof security and traceability. Security is then strengthened in case of loss or theft. The card is automatically disabled when the user keys in 3 wrong PIN codes in a row, whatever the transaction might be. Unprincipled persons cannot thus key in all possible values until they find the correct one.

TOTAL Cards are usable at most of our petrol stations. Look for the TOTAL Card logo on the station totems, which implies that the outlet will accept the Card.

The users select the combinations of fuels and services depending on each user's needs. Purchases are clearly identified, checked and secured, due to cards' and drivers' PIN codes.
- Each user customizes their Card(s) by selecting their own combination of products and services (car-wash, lubricants, shop, etc.)
- Each Card has its own ceiling limits for purchases.
- Each Card is given a specific PIN code in order to secure payments.

The Card owner will be able to pay for the products (fuel and non-fuel) selected at the time of their TOTAL Card creation.

Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) tags are used to automatically identify and track tags attached to TOTAL Cards. Tags include information which is electronically stored, preventing theft and keeping your data safe and secure. 

This is a self-service fleet management system that enables you to control the fuel management aspect of your fleet. It is an interactive web-based tool that enables you to log in and perform selected tasks on your account. Services available on the extranet include:
