Total Parco is actively involved in marketing petroleum fuels and lubricants to numerous industrial and high street customers. The marketing activities, carried out by the Consumer Sales Department are spread across all sectors of industry. It has a broad product portfolio and diverse customer base which has helped Total Parco to position itself amongst local market leaders.

Our existing Industrial product range includes:

1. Furnace oil
2. Kerosene 
3. Lubes (elf brand) 
4. Diesel 
5. LDO

In keeping with our efforts to cater to the changing needs of our customers, diversification of our current product portfolio is under review to include the following products;

1. Bitumen 
2. Coal 
3. Special fluids (crop protection, inks, aluminum re-rolling) 
4. Aviation (exports)
5. LPG

The main objectives of the consumer sales department are to:

• be recognized as an international supplier (knowledge, worldwide supply facilities, worldwide commercial & technical assistance) 
• be recognized as a key competitor for targeted applications structure 'cost saving solutions'   
• develop relationships built on mutual trust & strengthen them 
• identify needs of customer & facilitate them on technical issues 
• promote high added value solutions through cost savings approach and product rationalization

Network Fuels

Total Parco offers a variety of top quality fuels on its service stations to suit the needs of every customer and is at the forefront of taking new initiatives in the oil industry. It was the first OMC in Pakistan to launch 90RON unleaded petrol under the brand name of Hi-Super without any additional cost to the customer.

In keeping with the current trends Total Parco has the highest percentage of retail stations that offer CNG; ensuring the best in quality and quantity while maintaining strict codes of safety.

Total Parco is developing a network of technical experts across the country with broad experience in testing of petroleum products. Total Parco has launched its first Quality Lab in Lahore fully equipped with the latest technology to ensure the most accurate results. The lab is fully equipped to handle the testing of Fuel & Lubricants for most of the important parameters according to latest ASTM & IP Methods.

In addition to this, a mobile Quality Unit has been used for conducting on the spot quality and quantity checks on our retail outlets since March 2003.
